Applications to invest in any of the retail managed funds, superannuation funds offered through 2020’s can only be made on the form either contained in the fund's offer document, or accompanied by an electronic version of the offer document. Copies of the current offer documents for the funds offered through 2020’s discount service are available from this website or by contacting 2020 DIRECTINVEST Pty Limited ACN 069 774 456. Requests for offer documents can be made on this Internet site. The issue date and expiry date of each offer document is included in the offer documents.

A copy of the offer document for each fund offered through 2020 has been lodged with Australian Securities and Investments Commission and, in the case of superannuation and allocated pension funds, also with the Australian Prudential and Regulatory Authority.

Commissions

2020 DIRECTINVEST Pty Limited may receive a trail commission on retail managed funds purchased through this service. Depending on the managed funds, super funds or allocated pensions you choose to invest in, we may receive a trailing commission paid to us by the fund manager from its own resources. (not an additional charge to you) This is typically about 0.30% per annum. (ie $15 per year on a $5000 investment). These trailing commissions are detailed in the prospectus or offer documents. For the Wealthtrac Portfolio Service and the Wealthtrac Superannuation Master Trust 2020 receives an adviser fee of 0.10%.

Performance is not guaranteed

Investors should note that the performance of any fund or trust offered through 2020 is dependent upon the performance of the underlying assets of each fund, which can rise as well as fall in value. Investment returns are affected by many factors, which are continually changing, such as economic, legislative, capital markets and investment management issues. These factors can cause fluctuations in the unit price and income distribution of each fund, as well as give rise to profits or losses on redemption of units.
